Made following a competition organized by the Province of Perugia, the multipurpose facility is able to satisfy the user daily and school sports, in addition to the racing: welcomes cultural and recreational events. Outside are the towers containing the stairs to safety and support the roof beams, which are characterized by the lattice structure, visibly mark the building.
