The project starts from the difficult altitude of the terrain, of about ten meters difference. The area is arranged in terraces, placing the stereometric residential volume on two levels. Compared to the hillside to the west, the house shows itself more closed with the prevalence of the full wall, hosting inside the services. On the opposite side, the house opens to the outside with large windows for the living and the principal rooms.
